Who am I contracting with?

Zolvexa is operated by RUNESTONE HANDLUNG s.r.o., IČO 23389702, file number C 99911 at the Krajský soud v Ostravě, registered 12 June 2025, with its registered office at Soukenická 877/9, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava. This entity is the merchant of record for every Zolvexa invoice.

Is this a B2B or consumer service?

B2B only. We contract with companies, DevOps teams, engineering organisations and QA automation agencies. We do not offer the service to consumers, so consumer-specific provisions do not apply.

What exactly do I get after payment?

Automatically provisioned cloud developer workspaces with virtual Android node instances, dashboard and API access, resource allocation according to the plan, usage metering and support. Provisioning is completed within seconds of payment confirmation, entirely digitally — there is no manual setup, no shipping and no physical hardware.

How am I charged, and in which currency?

Subscription fees are billed in advance in USD for the agreed period, net of VAT. Usage above the plan limits is metered and charged at the price list valid at the time of use. Full details are in the billing & refund policy.

Can I cancel, and will I get a refund?

Yes. Cancellation is free of charge, requires no justification and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees for the elapsed part of the period are not refundable because the service is delivered digitally from the moment of order confirmation; unused prepaid fees on Extended Runtime and Enterprise contracts are credited on request. All conditions are published in the billing & refund policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed by our acquiring partner in a PCI DSS compliant environment, and bank transfer for contract invoices. Card numbers are entered on the gateway's hosted page and are never stored on Zolvexa systems.

How do you handle VAT and invoicing?

21% Czech VAT is applied to domestic customers. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism. Customers outside the EU are invoiced without VAT. Invoices are electronic and contain both parties' full legal details including IČO and VAT ID.

What happens to my data and who can access it?

Personal data is processed under GDPR on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest and legal obligation. Each node runs in an isolated environment with scoped credentials; platform staff access to production is restricted, logged and reviewed. A data processing agreement and the sub-processor list are available on request. See the Privacy Policy.

What uptime and support do I get?

Availability and support response times depend on the plan. Published figures are indicative targets; binding commitments are stated in your order confirmation or a signed service level agreement. Response times per plan are listed on the contact page.

Are there certifications or audit reports available?

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, per-tenant isolation, scoped and rotatable API credentials, and processor agreements with all sub-processors. Formal third-party certifications, where held, are listed in the order confirmation or provided on request during vendor onboarding. We do not display certifications we do not hold.
