3. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Governing law and jurisdiction: Czech law, exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic, after an amicable settlement attempt within 30 days. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected. See clause 15 of the Terms of Service.
4. Content responsibility and liability
The provider is responsible for the editorial content of its own pages in accordance with general law. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability for illegal activities or infringement by third parties is only possible from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known. Links to external websites are provided for information purposes only; the provider has no influence on their content and accepts no responsibility for it.
