Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0 · effective 2026 · RUNESTONE HANDLUNG s.r.o., IČO 23389702
1. Scope
This policy applies to all use of the Zolvexa dashboard, API, CLI and webhooks, and to all content and workloads placed on virtual Android node instances by the customer or by any third party using the customer's credentials.
2. Permitted use
Customers may use the platform for lawful business purposes, in particular:
- development, integration and regression testing of applications;
- automated UI and API testing, device grid execution and test report generation;
- continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines;
- compatibility, performance and security testing of customer-owned software;
- sandboxed evaluation of software under licence from the respective owner.
3. Prohibited activities
The following are prohibited on the platform:
- distribution or execution of malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, botnets or any malicious code;
- phishing, social engineering, credential harvesting, spam and unsolicited bulk messaging;
- any infringement of intellectual property rights, including unlicensed application distribution;
- circumvention of licensing, activation, DRM, rate limits or technical protection measures;
- unauthorised access to third-party systems, port scanning, vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without a written authorisation;
- collection or harvesting of personal data contrary to applicable data protection law;
- content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or that promotes hatred or violence;
- attempting to gain access to other tenants' workspaces, or to bypass isolation, quota or routing controls;
- excessive or sustained load intended to degrade the service for other customers, including automated load testing against the platform itself;
- reselling, subletting or redistributing access to the platform as a standalone service, without a prior written agreement;
- use of the service for any activity that is unlawful in the customer's jurisdiction or that facilitates such activity.
4. Resource restrictions
Customers shall stay within the CPU, memory, storage and API throughput limits of the purchased plan. Sustained use above the plan limits without a corresponding upgrade is treated as a breach of this policy. Continuous runtime requires an Extended Runtime License or an Enterprise Capacity Boost; base workspaces intended for standard workloads are not licensed for unattended 24/7 operation.
5. Enforcement
The provider may, in proportion to the severity of the breach: issue a notice and request remediation; restrict specific API keys, nodes or API endpoints; suspend the affected workspace; or terminate the agreement with immediate effect and without refund for the remaining period. Where a breach is criminal, the provider will cooperate with competent authorities and preserve relevant records. Customers are informed of enforcement measures unless doing so would compromise an investigation or legal obligation.
6. Reporting abuse or vulnerabilities
Suspected abuse of the platform, or a security vulnerability in the platform itself, shall be reported to support@zolvexaofficial.com with the subject "SECURITY". The provider acknowledges valid reports and coordinates remediation in good faith. Good-faith research that avoids data access, service degradation and privacy impact is welcome; research that accesses customer data or affects other tenants is not authorised.
